We want to ensure our guests that we have taken the appropriate steps to provide a safe and relaxing environment. Over the last several months our teams have implemented several security and cleanliness measures in what is the “new normal” of the travel industry. CLEANLINESS
Staff cleaning and sanitizing in all communal areas and guestrooms, utilizing EPA-approved cleaning and disinfecting agents.
Staff members have been given proper training on safety and cleaning protocols to ensure they are up to date on proper cleaning processes and CDC guidelines
Staff are required to practice proper hand washing
Special attention is actively given to high-contact surfaces throughout guestrooms (i.e. light switches, remotes, door handles, etc) and tangible items in guest rooms have been limited Housekeeping services will be provided on an on-request basis during guest stays – if you have any specific needs during your stay, please contact the property so that we may accommodate your request
Non-contact hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout high travel areas and customer touch points on property – in addition, complimentary personal hand sanitizing wipes and/or lotion will be provided in guestrooms
STAFF PROTOCOLS & WELL-BEING CHECKS
All unvaccinated staff members are required to wear facial masks at all times
If mandated by the local county and/or state, hotel and restaurant guests are required to wear masks when in public and common areas and restaurants
All unvaccinated guests are required to wear masks when on-site, and masks will be provided if needed
The status of our staff’s health is checked daily as they arrive to work for temperature and symptoms to ensure all are feeling well and able to work
PHYSICAL SHIFTS
Food & beverage buffet services may have been modified to pre-packaged grab & go options
All unvaccinated staff members will practice physical distancing from guests and other staff when possible
Furniture layouts in our restaurant and public spaces may have been adjusted to reduce number of seating options in honor physical distancing guidelines
Transparent screens have been installed at check-in desks and counters wherever possible
We will continue to adapt our own protocols as government and health officials release new guidelines on hygienic and physical distancing practices to ensure our properties are as safe as can be. But ultimately, while some of our layouts and services may be modified, we can assure that our properties will continue providing the highest-quality stay and experience that our guests have come to expect and enjoy.
